Nike - Write the Future

New commercial for Nike, that ITV accidentally chopped the end off, costing ITV the £1.5m that nike were paying to run the advert in full.


anyway the advert is amazing, directed by Alejandro G Inarritu of 21grams and Babel fame and commisioned as usual by WK Amsterdam.

Jason Koxvold is a British Creative Director working out of New York, for his day job he works on projects for Puma, Umbro, Pampers, Yahoo!, Toyota etc.. But in his spare time he shoots his own projects.

Aldershot born, Brixton based French is possibly my favourite illustrator working in the UK at the moment, if not globally, i fucking love his style, drawing on middle age(s) style woodcuts and creating his work in a new unique way, designing individual pieces for metal & punk bands and skate board companies.

I found him via his old agent Stem, but since leaving them I have been searching in vain to find him - its amazing how many google hits you get for "FRENCH ILLUSTRATOR" but anyway found him again today and so glad i have, check out some of his work below, and on his website, definately thinking of taking influence from his "Stag" image for a leg piece by Lyam Sparkes - his work is too fucking good, and he actually has an awesome stag that he has done on someones ribs.
